Shipping policy

Items will be shipped the next working day after you clean the payment (Pre-orders are exceptions). Items can be shipped to most of the metro areas, for certain remote areas, you may need to pay extra postage costs. We may not be able to ship to certain remote areas due to the item's heavy weight and big package. We use AU post or other couriers companies to deliver orders and the delivery time is an estimated time according to the deliver company's information.
